Avenue, the Commission rendered decisions on each Certificate of Appropriateness Application (COA). Each COA was
voted on individually.

Approval of façade changes with the condition that a vertical trim element be
added to the lower recessed panel of the oriel window on each floor. The trim
ACTION:
element will equally divide the recessed panel and extend the mullion to the
base.

congruent with the district ensuring the site plan matches.

floor oriel window in order to align the oriel window panels and achieve
a unified height; and

glazing on the store front windows rather than a frosted glass.

The entry door on the rear elevation, first floor should be reassessed
for Light and Ventilation Code Compliance; and
The new siding and trim must match the dimensions, width, and
exposure of the original siding and trim, which will be determined once
the existing, non-original aluminum siding is removed. If there is no
original siding and trim present on the building, the dimensions and
exposure of the proposed siding and trim will be reviewed by the
planning staff for compliance.
