After discussing the request to repair and stabilize the roofline of 90 State Street, the Commission voted to approve the
proposal with the following conditions
- The anchors only be installed through the mortar joints and may not be installed by drilling through the terra
cotta brick.
- The 4 in steel plates on the front façade must match the color and sheen of the surrounding terra cotta
- The applicant must provide Planning Staff with additional information on the planned materials for repointing,
the planned sealant and coating for the terra cotta.

Avenue Tudor Historic District.
