Resolutions:  Resolution 23-12: Awarding Master Service Agreement with the following firms: o C.T. Male Associates Engineering, Surveying, Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Geology, D.P.C. o Bergmann Associates, Architects, Engineers, Landscape Architects and Surveyors, D.P.C.  Resolution 23-13: Approving Change Order 3 to the Beaver Creek Clean River Project Phase 2 contract with Jett Industries, Inc. increasing the amount by $13,674.31.  Resolution 23-14: Approving Change Order for Alcove Sodium Permanganate Project contract with AMZ Construction Services, Inc. increasing the amount by $3,499.65. 9. Exit Executive Session. 10. Announce next meeting date: Friday, March 24, 2023 at 9:00am. 9.
