BUILDING, GROUNDS/CEMETERY/RECYCLE COMMITTEE
September 12, 2023
The regular meeting of the Building, Grounds and Cemetery Committee was called to order by
Chairperson Bert Hefty, at 6:30 p.m. at the Albany Village Hall, 206 North Water Street,
Albany, WI. Members present were: Johnson, Tonya Stephan and David King. Absent: Bert
Hefty and Elisabeth Briggs. Also present: Lonnie Gill.
Proof of posting was verified.
MINUTES: Motion by King, seconded by Stephan, to approve the previous minutes as written.
Carried.
2024 BUDGET: Motion by Stephan, seconded by King, to increase Utilities and Supplies each
by $1,000 and everything else remains the same. Carried.
ANNOUNCEMENT AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Nothing.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Stephan, seconded by King, to adjourn. Carried.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and to the news media pursuant to s. 19.84,
Wisconsin Statutes, that a meeting of the Building, Grounds, and Cemetery Committee of
the Board of Trustees of the Village of Albany will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday,
September 12, 2023, located at the Albany Village Hall, 206 N. Water Street, Albany,
Wisconsin.
