July 9, 2024
The regular meeting of the Building, Grounds and Cemetery Committee was called to order by
Chairperson Bert Hefty, at 6:30 p.m. at the Albany Village Hall, 206 North Water Street, Albany, WI.
Members present were: Hefty, Tonya Stephen, Kimberly Klein, and David King. Absent: Lis Briggs.
Also present: Lonnie Gill.
Proof of posting was verified.
MINUTES: Motion by King, seconded by Hefty, to approve the previous minutes as written.
Carried.
UPDATES: Gill reported that the well house roof was completed. Gill to retrieve prices for
replacement of roof at the village park restrooms; prices are also needed for roof replacement at
Bowman Park. Gill to talk with DP Concrete for price installation cost of boat pier for emergency
purposes.
CONCERNS OF RECYCLING WORKERS: Nothing.
ANNOUNCEMENT AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Nothing.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion by King, seconded by Hefty, to adjourn. Carried.
