November 12, 2024
The regular meeting of the Building, Grounds and Cemetery Committee was called to order
by Chairperson Bert Hefty, at 6:30 p.m. at the Albany Village Hall, 206 North Water Street,
Albany, WI. Members present were: Hefty, Tonya Stephan, Kimberly Klein and David King.
Absent: Elisabeth Briggs. Also present: Lonnie Gill and Todd Runaas.
Proof of posting was verified.
MINUTES: Motion by Stephan, seconded by Klein, to approve the previous minutes as
written. Carried.
RECYCLE CENTER COSTS: Motion by Stephan, seconded by Kelin, to have Runaas get
new pricing updated and give to Brewer to send to the board for approval. Carried.
GREEN COUNTY LANDFILL: Motion by Stephan, seconded by Klein, to table until we have
more information going forward. Carried.
ANNOUNCEMENT AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Nothing.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Stephan, seconded by Klein, to adjourn. Carried.

Wisconsin Statutes, that a meeting of the Building, Grounds, and Cemetery
Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Albany will be held at 6:30 p.m.
on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, located at the Albany Village Hall, 206 N. Water
Street, Albany, Wisconsin.
