PARKS COMMISSION

June 17, 2024
The Parks Commission met at the Albany Village Hall on Monday, June 17, 2024. The
meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Tonya Stephan. Roll call was taken with the
following members present: Stephan, Kimberly Klein, Richard Wachholz. Absent: Berty
Hefty, Larry Ommodt and Jim Mauerman. Also present: Lonnie Gill.
Proof of posting was verified.
MINUTES: Motion by Stephan, seconded by Klein, to approve the previous minutes as
printed. Carried.
PARK EQUIPMENT: Possibly repair park equipment; waiting for more information on grants
available and pricing.
ANNOUNCEMENTS AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Well house roof and bathrooms at
Village Park, roof and other repairs.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Stephan, seconded by Wachholz, to adjourn. Carried.

Statutes, that a meeting of the Parks Commission of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Albany
will be held on Monday, June 17th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m., at the Albany Village Hall at 206 N. Water
Street, Albany, Wisconsin.
