PLANS COMMISSION July 3, 2025 The Public Hearing and regular meeting of the Plans Commission was called to order at 6:31 p.m. by President Kim Blumer in the Albany Village Hall. Members present were: Blumer, Michelle Monson, Paul Rhyner, Larry Ommodt and Travis Christen. Absent: David King. Also present: Austin Coppernoll and Jaclyn Essandoh of Southwestern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission and Lonnie Gill. Proof of posting was verified. MINUTES: Motion by Rhyner, seconded by Ommodt, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as printed. All ayes. Motion carried. CONSIDERATION / DISCUSSION – TID 3 BOUNDARY MAP REVIEW: Coppernoll and Essandoh were present to give a presentation on the TID 3 Boundary Map, next steps in the process and to answer any questions. DISCUSS ORDINANCE 01-25 – CREATE ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 165– MOBILE FOOD VENDORS: Much discussion on the proposed ordinance and some needed changes; will bring back to another meeting for additional review with the proposed changes. FENCE PLANS: Motion by Rhyner, seconded by Monson, to approve the fence plan at 105 North East Street. All ayes. Motion carried. CHICKEN PERMITS: Nothing.
