PUBLIC HEARING / PLANS COMMISSION January 4, 2024 The public hearing/regular meeting of the Plans Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by President Kim Blumer in the Albany Village Hall. Members present were: Blumer, Michelle Monson, David King and Paul Rhyner. Absent: Eileen Althaus and Larry Ommodt. Proof of posting was verified. MINUTES: Motion by Rhyner, seconded by Monson, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as printed. Carried. PUBLIC HEARING-REZONE 312 SOUTH CINCINATTI STREET: This property was originally one lot and zoned as an R-2 Multi-Family Residential. When it was sold in 2022, the new owner split into two lots and one lot zoned as R-2 Multi-Family Residential and the other lot as R-4 Two-Family Residential; he was going to build on one and sell the other lot, but plans changed and decided to sell both lots. The current owner, Penny Dziengelewski, has combined the two lots back into one, which has been recorded with the Register of Deeds, and would like to request the zoning to be set as original R-2 Multi-Family Residential. Motion by Monson, seconded by Rhyner, to rezone the property back to original zoning of R-2 Mulit-Family Residential. Motion carried. FENCE PLANS: There were none. CHICKEN PERMITS: There were none.
