Plans Commission

PLANS COMMISSION February 6, 2025 The regular meeting of the Plans Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by President Kim Blumer in the Albany Village Hall. Members present were: Blumer, Michelle Monson, David King and Larry Ommodt. Absent: Fred Johnson. Also present: Haley Ceroni, Ethan Kerchner, Jim Kaltenberg, Rhonda Flannery, Jada Flannery, Travis Christen, Rylee McKittrick and Missy Pryce. Proof of posting was verified. MINUTES: Motion by Monson, seconded by Ommodt, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as printed. All ayes. Motion carried. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – 301 THIRD STREET: A conditional use permit application (additional information) form was provided to the committee for discussion. This included items that were previously discussed at the January meeting which combined requests by the applicant, concerns of neighbors, and committee suggestions. After discussion and some items added to the additional information, motion by Monson, seconded by Ommodt, to approve the Conditional Use Permit Application (additional information) for Haley Ceroni to run her business Idle Creek K9, LLC.
