MINUTES OF THE ALBANY SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD May 15, 2025 The regular meeting of the Albany Village Board was called to order at 5:45 p.m. in the Albany Village Hall by President Kim Blumer. Members present were: Blumer, Fred Johnson, Paul Rhyner, Michelle Monson and Kimberly Klein. Absent: Tonya Stephan and Bert Hefty. Also present: Aaron Lindner from Associated Appraisal. Proof of posting was verified. AGENDA: Motion by Rhyner, seconded by Monson, to approve the agenda as printed. All ayes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE 44-10(C): CONFIDENTIALITY OF INCOME AND EXPENSE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE ASSESSOR: Motion by Monson, seconded by Klein to approve Ordinance 44-10(C) to take effect immediately upon passage and posting.
