STREET AND UTILITY COMMITTEE
September 3, 2025
The regular meeting of the Street and Utility Committee was called to order at 6:30 p.m. in the
Albany Village Hall by Chairperson Fred Johnson. Members present were: Johnson, Kim Blumer,
Burt Hefty and Jim Mauerman. Absent: Brooke Helley. Also present: Lonnie Gill, Ex-Officio and
Andrew Skog of Mead & Hunt.
Proof of posting was verified.
MINUTES: Motion by Mauerman, seconded by Blumer, to approve the previous minutes as printed.
All ayes. Motion carried.
SEWERLINE AND MANHOLE UPDATE:
OCTOBER MEETING DATE: Motion by Mauerman, seconded by Blumer, to move the October date
to October 1, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. All ayes. Motion carried.
CONCRETE PAD AT SEWER POND: Motion by , seconded by , to accept DP Concrete’s bid of
$3,980 to install a 10x22 cement pad at the sewer pond. All ayes. Motion carried.
TRAINING: None.
ANNOUNCEMENTS AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: None.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Blumer, seconded by Mauerman, to adjourn. Carried.
