STREET AND UTILITY COMMITTEE February 3, 2025 The regular meeting of the Street and Utility Committee was called to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Albany Village Hall by Chairperson Bert Hefty. Members present were: Kim Blumer, Bert Hefty, Fred Johnson and Brooke Helley. Absent: Jim Mauerman. Also present: Lonnie Gill, Ex-Officio. Proof of posting was verified. MINUTES: Motion by Blumer, seconded by Johnson, to approve the previous minutes as printed. All ayes. Motion carried. SLIP LINING AND MANHOLE SEWER UPDATE: Mead & Hunt is currently working on the plans to send to the state for their approval and will then come back to committee. 2025 EQUIPMENT RATES: Motion by Blumer, seconded by Hefty, to approve 2025 equipment rates. All ayes. Motion carried. BOBCAT GRAPPLING BUCKET: Motion by Blumer, seconded by Johson, to have Gill to get estimates on grappling bucket and bring back to the committee. All ayes. Motion carried. WELLS 1 & 2 INSPECTION BIDS: Gill will have the documents ready for March meeting to go out for well inspection bids. EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION SYSTEM (YEARLY SYSTEM CHECK): Yearly check on emergency communications system to take place. No set date yet. TRAINING: None ANNOUNCEMENTS AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: None.
