The public could view this meeting on ACTV Channel 12, the ACTV website, or ACTV’s Facebook page. Public comment was made available by email ahead of time or by submitting comments on the Facebook Live feed during the meeting. Meeting was called to order at 7:00pm Roll call was taken, present were: Council Einson, Council Gilday, Councilor Hogg, Councilor Mandeville, Councilor Rinaldi, Councilor Wheeler, Councilor Stanganelli. Absent were: Councilor Kisieleski. Councilor Lennon joined the meeting at 7:45pm *Please note that contrary to the agenda, due to a technical issue, the Treasurer presented prior to the Assessor* Treasurer/Collector The City of Amesbury’s Treasurer/Collector, Donna Cornoni, presented to the City Council the budget for the Office of the Treasure/Collector. The Council and Donna Cornoni went through the budget line item by line item asking various questions. Assessor Chief Assessor, Todd Laramie, presented to the City Council the budget for the Assessor. The Council and Todd Laramie went through the budget, line item by line item, asking various questions. Council on Aging Director, Doreen Arnfield, gave a detailed presentation to the City Council for the budget of the Council on Aging. The Council and Doreen Arnfield went through the budget presentation, line item by line item, asking various questions. 1 Library Library Director, Erin Matlin, presented to the City Council the budget for the Amesbury Public Library. The Council and Erin Matlin went through the budget, line item by line item, asking various questions. MIS (Information Technologies) Information Technologies Director, Tim McCue, presented to the City Council the budget for MIS/Information Technologies. The Council and Tim McCue went through the budget, line item by line item, asking various questions. Mayor Mayor of the City of Amesbury, Kassandra Gove, gave a detailed presentation to the City Council for the budget for the Office of the Mayor. The Council and Mayor Gove went through the budget presentation, line item by line item, asking various questions. Legal Services Chief of Staff, Paul Fahey, presented to the City Council the budget for the Legal Services. The Council and Paul Fahey went through the budget, line item by line item, asking various questions. Administration and Finance Chief Financial Officer, Angel Wills, presented to the City Council the budget for Administration and Finance, Liability Insurance, Municipal Buildings, Central Supply, Sealer of Weights, State and County Assessments, Reserve Fund, Employee Benefits, Other Assessments, and Debt Service. The Council and Angel Wills went through the budget, line item by line item, asking various questions. City Clerk Clerk of the City of Amesbury, Amanda Haggstrom, presented to the City Council the budget for office of the City Clerk, Elections, and City Council. The Council and Amanda Haggstrom went through the budget, line item by line item, asking various questions. Councilor Lennon motioned to adjourn the meeting. This motion was seconded by Councilor Mandeville. Roll call was taken, 8 out of 8 members present voted yes. Motion passed.
