Board of Trustees Special Meeting Minutes July 21, 2022 Meeting called to order at 8:15 a.m. MEMBERS PRESENT: Deputy Mayor Smith, Trustee Tom Whalen, Trustee Michael O’Neill, Trustee Owen E. Mayor’s Actions: Request to approve the promotion of Clifford Scudlo from Heavy Equipment Operator, Step 14 with a rate of $39.09 per hour to Foreman Step 10, Department of Public Works, at the hourly salary of $39.53 per hour, effective July 12th, 2022. Seamans Neck Rd., Seaford, NY addressed the Board to solicit their interest in an energy saving device he sells – Magnento hydro-dynamic units which he claims allows fuel to burn cleaner in boilers/heating systems. Deputy Mayor Smith thanked him and advised that someone will get back to him.
