Caples Park Fishing Pier needs to be emptied more often, especially over the weekend, and a second fishing line receptacle is needed to prevent lines from polluting the bay.  Human excrement on the staircase of the LIRR is a problem and public urination is occurring at the high school. Mayor Siry said the LIRR property is under MTA jurisdiction, but DPW can help. He urged her to contact the School District and to continue to report any incidents to APD.
