MINUTES Mr. Nagengast called for the minutes of April 12, 2018 to be approved. Mr. Stephenson made a motion to approve April 12, 2018 minutes and Mr. Reed seconded. This motion passed unanimously; 5 yes, 0 no. NEW BUSINESS EDC07-18 Resolution Recommending Tax Abatement for Gregory and Linda Clark, 2825 Nichol Avenue Mr. Winkler briefed Commission Members on Resolution EDC07-18 a resolution recommending tax abatement for Gregory and Linda Clark, 2825 Nichol Avenue. Mr. Winkler stated the request is for a commercial property which will house C and C Motorsports, a retailer of watercraft and recreational vehicles. Mr. Winkler introduced Mr. Clark. Mr. Clark detailed the renovation happening to the former bank building including the removal of the drive thru awning. Brief discussion followed. Mr. Winkler stated the resolution approves an Economic Development Target Area for the vacant facility that is currently assessed at $80,300.
