Ms. OTHERS PRESENT Soetenga stated the address is located in the Tim Lanane, City Attorney Appledowns Addition, Lot 17 and improvements to Michael Collette, ARC Member Britney Skinner and Robert King, Abatement the property will be at an estimated cost of $288,555. The request is for a three-year tax abatement and construction will commence before December 31, 2018, for a single-family dwelling intended for human habitation. Brief discussion followed.
