Village of Angel Fire P.O. Box 610 Angel Fire, NM 87710 575-377-3232 Pedestrian Trails Committee Meeting Minutes for Friday, November 28th, 2018 at 9:00 am at the Community Center I. Call to Order-Called to Order at 9:00am by Brian Smith II. Pledge of Allegiance III. Roll Call-Patrick West, Katrina White, Brian Smith, Carolyn Smith, Randy Kaiser. A quorum was established. Shay Tibljas and Christine Breault from the Village. IV. Approval of Agenda-Motion to approve by Brian Smith, seconded by Randy Kaiser. V. Old Business A. Frank Young Trail Extension Update-Brian briefed everyone on the plan for the trail. Christine talked about the importance of the trail following the sewer lines. VIII. New Business A. Motion to recommend Frank Young Trail Extension-Randy motioned to approve the Motion to recommend the Frank young Trail extension with the noted changes (see attached). Brian seconded, all in favor, none opposed. B. Motion to recommend Lonny Natter as a new member-Brian motioned to approve Lonny Natter as a new member, Carolyn seconded. All approved, none opposed. X. Requests and Responses from the Audience-No requests from the audience XI. Next Meeting Date and Adjournment-Brian motioned to adjourn, Randy seconded. Adjourned at 9:30am.
