On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. PUBLIC FORUM Five members of the public participated in the public forum. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Othman, seconded by Walton, that the meeting adjourn. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.
