AAPD Data Collection and Analysis
Vice-Chair F. Todoro discussed where the commission is on data
analysis. The AAPD has finalized their search for a data analysis. A
candidate has been chosen to help establish a data collection process to
best fit our needs in Ann Arbor. This will help us to review what is going
on now, how calls come in and how calls are being assigned. We are still
working on some of the strategic plans this month, and hope to bring the
commission more information in November.
Revisions to the Complaint Review Process
Vice Chair F. Todoro discussed working out a process that helps ICPOC
with information on complaints from AAPD. Due to unforeseen changes

looking at establishing Standard Operating Procedures on how a

four procedures she will formalize and share with the commission at
November's meeting.
