Linda Diane Feldt called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Guy C.
Larcom, Jr. Building, 2nd Floor Council Chambers, 301 E. Huron Street.

A motion was made by Parsons, seconded by Trudeau, that the
Consent Agenda be Approved. On a unanimous voice vote, the
Chair declared the motion carried.

A motion was made by Parsons, seconded by Trudeau, that the
Minutes be Approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City
Council and should be returned by 3/18/2019. On an unanimous
voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.
