A motion was made by Feldt, seconded by Hautamaki, that the
Consent Agenda be Approved by the Commission and the Minutes
be forwarded to the City Council, due on 11/16/2020. On a
unanimous voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.

Commissioner questions and comments included:

20-1563 Scio Church (S. Maple to S. Seventh) Parking Removal Resolution
A motion was made by Parsons, seconded by Boland, that the
Transportation Commission recommends that City Council approve
the "Resolution to Prohibit On-Street Parking on the north side of
Scio Church Road between South Maple Road and Greenview
Drive." The Commission action will be forwarded to the City Council
and be returned by 11/16/2020. On a unanimous voice vote, the
Chair declared the motion carried.
Comprehensive Transportation Plan Update (ELI COOPER & STACEY MEEKINS)
Commissioner questions and comments included:
• Low stress and all ages and abilities routes
• Sidewalk gaps
• Vegetation and safety
• Transit service
• Way-finding
• Staff division of labor, potential subcommittee, flexibility of the plan,
process and timeline
