Call To Order The Chair called the Meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Present: 2- Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Alderman Budge ID-13-058 Presentation on the Maritime Survey Attachments: AEDC Maritime Demand and Supply AEDC Maritime Survey AEDC Maritime Presentation AEDC Quarterly Lara Fritts, President and CEO of the Annapolis Economic Development Corporation, spoke to the committee on the work of the organization. Ms. Fritts presented the organizations Strategic and Operational Plan (attached). Ms. Fritts discussed the Dashboard for Strategic Plan Update (attached). Ms. Fritts offered a presentation on the maritime industry (attached). Ms. Fritts answered questions about the budget of the organization and the effects of the proposed budget. 2. Legislation before Committee O-19-14 Sidewalk Café Hours - For the purpose of permanently codifying the authorization in Ordinance 36-12 that permitted sidewalk cafes to remain open during the normal business hours governing such establishments.
