Appointments AP-04-14 Appointments to the Annapolis Environmental Commission Attachments: Bevin Buchheister Paul Murphy Mr. Kurt Reigel, chair of the AEC, spoke on behalf of the candidates. Mr. Murphy, 105 Northwest Street, spoke to the committee on his goals for the committee. Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Littmann and Alderman Pfeiffer 4. General Discussion ID-13-086 Alderman Arnett discussed his concerns with some stormwater related grants. DNEP Director Broadbent and Chief of Environmental Programs Biba discussed the TMDL program and the studies related to it.
