Mr. Kurt Reigel, chair of the AEC, spoke on behalf of the candidates.
Mr. Murphy, 105 Northwest Street, spoke to the committee on his goals for the
committee.
Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on
voice vote.

4. General Discussion

Alderman Arnett discussed his concerns with some stormwater related grants.
DNEP Director Broadbent and Chief of Environmental Programs Biba discussed the
TMDL program and the studies related to it.
