Chairman Paone called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.

R-14-16 Major City Dock Special Event Parking Rules - For the purpose of
establishing parking rules to be effective during Major City Dock Special
Events.

of authorizing for fiscal year 2022 the lease of certain municipal property
located at the City Dock to Chesapeake Marine Tours, Inc. for the docking
and mooring of certain boats.

Recreation & Parks Director Morris was present and answered questions from the
committee. Debbie Gosselin, President of Chesapeake Marine Tours, 1 Dock Street,
Annapolis, Maryland 21401 was also present to answer questions from the committee.
Alderman Budge moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice
vote.

R-07-16 City Sponsored Special Events in Fiscal Year 2017 - For the purpose of
identifying City Sponsored Special Events and waiving certain related City
Fees during Fiscal Year 2017.

Special Events Coordinator Nolan gave a presentation on the legislation and answered
questions from the committee.
