Legislation before Committee O-50-16 TITLE 17 - BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTION - For the purpose of City of Annapolis Page 1 Economic Matters Committee Standing Committee Minutes December 19, 2016 updating and amending certain sections of Chapters 17.12, 17.16, 17.18, 17.24, 17.28, 17.40 and 17.44 of the Code of the City of Annapolis; adopting the ICC International Swimming Pool and Spa Code; conforming references to certain ICC Building Codes as set forth in the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR); and matters generally relating to updating and amending certain portions of Title 17.
