CA-3-16 Charter Amendment - City Manager - For the purpose of amending and
updating Article V of the Annapolis City Charter to remove an obsolete
reference to City Administrator and to replace said reference with the title
City Manager.

2.12 of the Annapolis City Code to remove an obsolete reference to City
Administrator and to replace said reference with the position title City
Manager.

eligibility requirements for access to moderately priced dwelling units to
include individuals who: (1) reside either in the City of Annapolis or Anne
Arundel County; and (2) are under a disability as defined by the Social
Security Administration.

Director of Planning and Zoning Gutwald gave a brief introduction of the legislation and
answered questions from the committee. Chief of Community Development Wellman
gave an overview of the legislation and answered questions of the committee.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on
voice vote.

4. Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
