Chairman Rodriguez called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was
taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

AP-13-18 THE APPOINTMENT OF FRIEDA K. WILDEY TO THE MARITIME ADVISORY
BOARD
Frieda K. Wildey was present and answered questions from the committee.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll
call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Rodriguez, Finlayson and Savidge
AP-14-18 THE APPOINTMENT OF WILFORD SCOTT TO THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION
COMMISSION
Wilford Scott was present and answered questions from the committee.
