CARRIED on voice vote. Election of Chairman Pursuant to City Code Section 2.16.120 Alderman Savidge moved to approved Alderman Schandelmeier continuing as the Chair of the Economic Matters Committee. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion Economic Gardening Update - Economic Development Manager Rice Economic Development Manager Rice, Owner of Diversified Marine Services Sola, Captain Kaye from Schooner Woodwind Annapolis Sailing School, Annapolis Sailing School Jenny Nelson and Rick Nelson were present to answer questions from the committee.
