The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Rodriguez and Alderman Finlayson ID-136-18 Departmental Reviews: Finance Department Finance Director Miller and Finance Operations Manager Pletzer, Acting City Manager Stokes and City Manager Sutherland were present and answered questions from the committee. Adjournment The committee reviewed City of Annapolis Fiscal Year 2019 Proposed Budget Summary of General Fund Increases provided by City Manager Sutherland at yesterday's Finance Committee's meeting. City Manager Sutherland, Alderwoman Tierney, and Acting City Manager Stokes were present and answered questions from the committee.
