Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderman Paone moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. Approval of Minutes FC110718 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. Budget Revision Requests GT-2-19 Transfer From: Contribution to Self-Insurance Transfer To: Capital Outlay Assistant City Attorney Elson was present and answered questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderman Finlayson c. ID-304-18 Current Projects Update: Public Works Public Works Director Jarrell, and City Manager Sutherland were present and answered questions from the committee. 5. General Discussion d. ID-280-18 Update from the Finance Department Finance Director Dickinson and City Manager Sutherland were present and provided the committee with an update. 6.
