call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

Chairman Arnett provided the committee with an update.

Alderman Gay, Finance Director Dickinson, Assistant City Manager Farrow were
present and addressed the committee.
Motion to move the Office of Law to the City Manager's Department- failed for lack
of second
Alderman Paone moved to restore the Office of Environmental Policy.
Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
4:10 p.m.
