1. Call To Order
Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 10:33 a.m.
2. Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson
3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was
taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

Farrow were present and answered questions from the committee.
Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote
was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson
5. General Discussion
Update from the Finance Director
Finance Director Dickinson, and City Manager Jarrell provided an update for the
committee.
6. Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
11:31 a.m.
