Chambers, Jr. City Council Chambers Finance Committee Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting June 16, 2021 Minutes Call To Order Chairwoman Finlayson called the meeting to order at 10:32 a.m. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson Absent: 1- Alderman Arnett Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderman Paone moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda as amended to remove ID-148-21, and add SA-40-21, SA-41-21, and FT-11-21. Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson Absent: 1- Alderman Arnett 1. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC06.02.21 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Attachments: FC06.02.21 Alderman Paone moved to approve the minutes for the Regular Meeting. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson Absent: 1- Alderman Arnett Supplemental Appropriations SA-40-21 Self-Insurance Revenue: Available Fund Balance ($250,000.00) Expenditure: Contractual Services ($250,000.00) Attachments: SA-40-21 Finance Budget Analyst Connolly was present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably SA-40-21. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
