Chairwoman Tierney called the meeting to order at 10:31 a.m.
Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded.
The motion carried by the following vote:

City Manager Jarrell and City Attorney Lyles were present and answered
questions from the committee.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve ID-75-22. Seconded. A roll call
vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

R-19-22 Water Service Agreement - 1049 Chesapeake Harbour Drive - For the
purpose of authorizing a water service agreement providing for the extension of City

roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

3. General Discussion
Update from the Finance Director, Jodee Dickinson
Finance Director Dickinson and City Manager Jarrell were present and provided
the committee with updates on the following:
Budget Ordinance, Open Gov/Budget books, Audit Services RFP, and the
Procurement Officer position.
Alderwoman Finlayson requested written instructions on how to navigate
Open Gov, and to have a link for Open Gov to be sent to the Council for their
iPads.
Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
11:27 a.m.
