Roll Call Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman O'Neill moved to amend the agenda to postpone O-2-23 until it comes out of Public Hearing. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 2.1.23 Regular Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 2.1.23 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve FC 2.1.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Supplemental Appropriations SA-25-23 General Fund - Office of Community Services (Special Projects) - This supplemental appropriation provides $10,000 of appropriations to the Office of Community Services using the Reserve for One-Time Uses. This will allow the City to pay for emergency housing and other critical needs for community members who do not qualify for County, State, or Federal benefits. Attachments: Supplemental Appropriation from Surplus Funds Form (PDF) City Manager Malinoff and Finance Director Dickinson were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman O'Neill moved to postpone SA-25-23 until FY24 Budget Cycle. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Legislation City of Annapolis Page 2 Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting February 15, 2023 Minutes - Final O-2-23 Budget Target Dates and Financial Impact of Labor Negotiations - For the purpose of clarifying the timeline for negotiations between the City and employee groups; requiring the Finance Committee to be briefed; technical corrections to the City Budget section of the code; and generally related to the annual city budget schedule requirements.
