Alderwoman Tierney called the meeting to order at 10:31 am.

Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the Special Meeting agenda. Seconded.
CARRIED on voice vote.

City of Annapolis to issue Third Party bonds; and generally related to City bond
authority.
