Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 3.23.23 Special Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 3.23.23 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve FC 3.23.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Fund Transfers FT-4-23 General - Planning & Zoning - This budget revision transfers $60,000 of appropriations from salaries and benefits to contractual services within the Department of Planning and Zoning. These funds will allow Planning and Zoning to increase the scope of work for economic analysis. The Department has savings due to vacancies. Supplemental Appropriations City of Annapolis Page 2 Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting April 5, 2023 Minutes - Final SA-26-23 Reserve for One-Time Uses (General Fund) - Contractual Services - This supplemental allocation appropriates $338,000 from the Reserve for One-Time Uses to the Human Resources Division. This will allow Human Resources to contract with a company to perform a Classification and Compensation plan review. Legislation R-15-23 Fees Schedule, Updated for Milestone Inspections in Ordinance 55-22 - For the purpose of setting Milestone Inspection fees as adopted in O-55-22, Title 17 § 08.080(D).
