Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-60-23 Planning and Zoning Budget Hearing Attachments: FY24 P&Z Budget Presentation Acting Director of Planning and Zoning Tom Smith, Assistant to the Director of Planning and Zoning Brown, Chief of Coding Menassa, Finance Director Dickinson and City Manager Malinoff were present to answer questions from the committee. Meeting Recessed at 10:32am. ID-61-23 Law Office Budget Hearing Attachments: FY24-OFFICE OF LAW BUDGET Meeting Resumed at 10:44 am City Attorney Lyles, Legal Assistant Steele and Finance Director Dickinson were present to answer questions to the committee. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 4.18.23 Special Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 4.18.23 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve FC 4.18.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
