Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to amend the agenda to add a discussion on the Mayor's Office Budget Presentation. General Discussion ID-62-23 MIT Budget Hearing Attachments: IT FY24 Budget Presentation Alderwoman Pindell Charles, MIT Manager Paquin, City Manager Malinoff and Director of Finance Dickinson were present to answer questions from the committee. Manager Paquin recommended that (MIT) be changed to Intergraded Service Technology (ITS). Meeting Recessed at 10:39 am. Dunn Municipal Swimming Pool - For the purpose of acknowledging the importance of a city-supported swim team; commending the City of Annapolis Penguins Swim Team efforts as they practice at the Kenneth R. Dunn Municipal Pool at Truxton Park; and indicating City Council support for dedicated swim practice time for the Penguins Swim Team. Update of the Mayor's Presentation Cont: Chief of Staff Petit, Public Information Officer Stephenson, Finance Director Dickinson, Budget Manager Connolly, City Manager Malinoff were present to answer questions from the committee. Budget Manager Connolly stated in the Fiscal Year 2024 Proposed Annual Operating & Capital Budget Support Binder page 38, titled: OEM FY24 Staffing Summary will need to be updated and provided to the committee. On page.38, in Budget Binder titled: Contractual Service and Special Projects has to be corrected and replaced with the correct information.
