Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 10.24.23 Special Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 10.24.23 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve FC 10.24.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Fund Transfers FT-4-24 General - Mayor’s Office -Contract Services/ Supplies and Other Attachments: FT-4-24 Department of Finance Director Dickinson was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend FT-4-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Supplemental Appropriations SA-12-24 General - Law - Reserve for One-Time Uses - Contractual Services Attachments: SA-12-24 Department of Finance Director Dickinson and City Attorney Lyles were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman O'Neill moved to postpone SA-12-24. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
