Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve Regular Meeting agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 12.6.23 Regular Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 12.6.23 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve FC 12.6.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Supplemental Appropriations SA-19-24 DPW - Capital - Program Open Space - Local City and Anne Arundel County Attachments: SA-19-24 Parks & Recreation Director Johnson and Finance Director Dickinson were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-19-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. SA-20-24 DPW - Capital - State of Maryland Grant and Capital Reserve Attachments: SA-20-24 Storm Water Engineer Wilding and Finance Director Dickinson were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-20-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-25-23 Finance Department Update Finance Director Dickinson was present to answer questions from the committee.
