Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 1.3.24 Regular Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 1.3.24 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve FC 1.3.24. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Fund Transfers FT-6-24 General - Department of Public Works - Salaries and Benefits/Contractual Services Attachments: FT-6-24 Public Works Assistant Director Patrick and Finance Director Dickinson were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend FT-6-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. FT-7-24 General - Office of Emergency Management - Contingency/ Contractual Services Attachments: FT-7-24 Alderman Gay, Office of Emergency Management Director Simmons, Assistant City Manager Buckland and Grant Manager Vaughn were present to answer questions from the committee. Supplemental Appropriations City of Annapolis Page 2 Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting February 7, 2024 Minutes - Final SA-22-24 Grant - APD - Anne Arundel County - 911 Fees Attachments: SA-22-24 Alderwoman O'Neill requested Finance Director Dickinson present the amount received for FY23 and how much will be received for FY24 for dispatch callers. Alderman Gay, Captain Amy Miguez, Assistant City Manager Buckland and Finance Director Dickinson were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-22-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. SA-23-24 Grant - Mayor’s Office - Arts Council of Anne Arundel County Attachments: SA-23-24 Alderman Gay, Neighborhood Engagement Specialist Makell and African American Community Services Specialist Ajayi were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-23-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. SA-24-24 Grant - Office of Emergency Management - Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) Attachments: SA-24-24 Office of Emergency Management Director Simmons, Assistant City Manager Buckland and Emergency Management Grant Manager Vaughn were present to answer questions from the committee. SA-25-24 Grant - Department of Public Works - Developer Payment - General Fund Revenue/Contractual Services Attachments: SA-25-24 Civil Engineer Brice & Assistant City Attorney Leonard were present to answer questions from the committee.
