Call To Order
Alderman Tierney called the Regular Meeting to order at 10:35am.
Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded.
CARRIED on voice vote.

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve FC 2.7.24. Seconded. CARRIED on
voice vote.
Election of Chairman Pursuant to City Code Section 2.16.120
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend Alderwoman Tierney to be the
chair of the Finance Committee. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

parking fees for residents living in Special Residential Parking Districts.

Finance Director Dickinson and Legislative & Policy Analyst were present to
answer questions from the committee.
Amendment #1 -
On page 1 strike line 27 in its entirety and insert the following:
Special Residential Parking Districts 1 & 2: Third vehicle $150.00/year
Fourth vehicle & each additional vehicle $275.00/year/vehicle
Special Residential Parking Districts 3,4,5: Third vehicle & each additional
vehicle $75.00/year
At an address with off-street parking: Third vehicle $200.00/year
Fourth vehicle & each additional vehicle $350.00/year/vehicle
Special Residential Parking Districts 3,4,5: Third vehicle & each additional
vehicle $100.00/year/vehicle
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to Recommend Amendment #1 Favorably as
Amended. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to Recommend R-6-24 Favorably as Amended.
Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
R-9-24 City-supported Special Events in Fiscal Year 2025 - For the purpose of
identifying annual City events and City-supported events in Fiscal Year 2025; and
waiving certain fees for City-supported events.

Alderwoman Finlayson requested the Audit Committee have a joint meeting with
Finance Committee.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was
adjourned at 11:29am.
