Call To Order
Alderwoman Tierney called the Special Meeting to order at 9:34 am.
Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the Special Meeting Agenda. Seconded.
CARRIED on voice vote.

General Discussion

Alderwoman Pindell-Charles, Alderman Arnett, Finance Director Dickinson,
Budget Manager Connolly, Budget Analyst Turner, City Manager Mallinoff, Risk
Manager Bradley were present to answer questions from the committee.
Ald. Tierney requested a flow chart of how the grants are secured, managed and
handed out.
Ald. Finlayson requested Risk Managers findings data that is being collected from
year to year.
Meeting is recessed at 11:03am.

Meeting resumed at 11:14 am.
Alderwoman Pindell-Charles, Alderman Arnett, Chief Jackson, Captain of
Community Outreach Miguez, Captain Klinedinst, Captain of Operations Division
Howard, Professional Standards Manager McCoy, Finance Director Dickinson,
City Manager Mallinoff and Assistant City Manager Buckland were present to
answer questions from the committee.
Ald. Tierney asked for Captain of Operations Division Howard to show data
reflecting detective time for covering cases.
Ald.O'Neill requested that The Police Cadet program be included in City of
Annapolis internship program.
Ald.Arnett requested a break down of staffing salary for the Police Department.
Ald. Tierney requested during deliberations that they discuss grants and entire
process that goes into grants.
Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was
adjourned at 1:28 pm.
