Legislation before Committee R-45-18 2018 Forest Drive/Eastport Sector Study - For the purpose of adopting the Forest Drive/Eastport Sector Study as an addendum to the 2009 Annapolis Comprehensive Plan. Alderwoman Tierney moved to postpone. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderwoman Henson and Alderwoman Tierney Absent: 1- Alderman Rodriguez 3. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderwoman Henson and Alderwoman Tierney Absent: 1- Alderman Rodriguez AP-55-18 The Re-Appointment of Jessica Pachler to the Annapolis Education Commission Jessica Pachler was present and answered questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson was present and addressed the committee. Alderwoman Tierney moved to postpone. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. ID-382-18 Developmental Update: Planning and Zoning Department The Committee would like Planning and Zoning Director Gutwald to discuss the Trust Fund at the next Housing and Human Welfare Committee meeting in March. 6.
