Chairman Gay called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m.

Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Chairperson Gay and Alderman Schandelmeier
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderman Schandelmeier moved to adopt the Special Meeting Agenda as
amended to remove AP-5-21 and AP-6-21 from the Agenda. Seconded. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Chairperson Gay and Alderman Schandelmeier
