Call To Order ChairWoman Finlayson called the meeting to order at 5:11 p.m. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson Absent: 1- Alderwoman Pindell Charles 2. Business before Committee Approval of Minutes PSC101915 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Attachments: PSC10.19.15 Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 2- Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson Absent: 1- Alderwoman Pindell Charles 3. General Discussion ID-554-15 Community Forum Conversation- APD Police Chief Pristoop gave a presentation on the discussion topic and answered questions from the committee. Public Information Officer Cpl. Miquez and Community Relations Specialist Norris also presented on the topic and answered questions from the committee. This Informational Item was presented ID-545-15 Continuity of Government- Memorandum of Understanding with AACPS- OEM/Fire Deputy Fire Chief Simmons gave a presentation on the discussion topic and answered questions from the committee. This Informational Item was presented ID-546-15 Houses of Worship Outreach Update- Clifton Johnson from Mt. Moriah Church- OEM/ Fire Deputy Fire Chief Simmons gave an overview of the discussion topic and answered questions from the committee. Clifton Johnson, 2204 Bay Ridge Avenue, Annapolis, Maryland 21403 representing Mt. Moriah AME Church gave an update on the discussion topic and answered questions from the committee. Emergency Planner Donlan also presented on the discussion topic and answered questions from the committee. This Informational Item was presented ID-548-15 After Action Report on the Drive Through Flu Clinic- OEM/Fire Deputy Fire Chief Simmons gave an overview of the discussion topic and answered questions from the committee.
