1. Call To Order
Chairwoman Finlayson called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.

3. General Discussion
ID-295-15 Review of Annapolis Yacht Club Fire- Deputy Chief Simmons
Fire Chief Stokes gave a review of the discussion topic and answered questions from the
committee. Deputy Fire Chief O'Malley spoke on the discussion topic and answered
questions from the committee. Deputy Fire Chief Simmons was also present and spoke
on the Emergency Operations Center role during the incident and answered questions
from the committee.
Alderman Budge spoke on: Displaced Employees, Annapolis Yacht Club
Administration, Counseling Services, Relocation of Activities and Rebuilding of
the Facility. This Informational Item was presented
ID-250-15 Media Update- Rhonda Wardlaw
Chief Communications Officer Wardlaw spoke on the discussion topic and answered
questions from the committee. Deputy Chief Simmons and Fire Chief Stokes also spoke
on the topic and answered questions from the committee. Community Specialist
Hargadon testified before the committee.

Police Chief Pristoop gave a presentation on the discussion topic and answered

Special Events Coordinator Nolan gave a presentation on the discussion topic and
answered questions from the committee. Deputy Chief Simmons also spoke on the topic
and answered questions from the committee. Fire Chief Stokes gave out information on:
After the Fire, Christmas Tree Safety, and Fire Department Achievements December
2013 through November 18, 2015.
4. Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
6:18 p.m.
